Good viewers prepare before a video starts. Read the short introduction to identify its broad message, supporting details, and cause-and-effect links. Then learn six useful words from context: backwards means towards a position behind; sustain an injury means experience physical harm; a circuit is one complete lap around a route; a coach trains someone to improve at sport; quirky means unusual in an interesting way; and a roundabout is a road junction where traffic moves around a central circle. Separate what the passage states from your own predictions.
